Professional subscriptions
Professional subscriptions use a provider-authorized recurring mandate. Mehndisathi charges no plan fee during the launch trial. For an INR mandate, Razorpay temporarily charges ₹5 to verify the mandate and auto-refunds that ₹5; this verification amount is not the Mehndisathi plan fee. The selected monthly fee begins after the trial unless cancelled. Fees cover profile/listing visibility and platform tools; they do not guarantee leads, rankings, bookings, or earnings. Customer-to-provider payments remain separate.

Professionals, tutors, vendors, suppliers, and manufacturers are responsible for the accuracy of their public information, listings, prices, commitments, availability, delivery promises, and customer communication.
Direct communication
Customers may contact listed professionals directly through WhatsApp, phone, email, or inquiry forms. Users should confirm final pricing, service terms, event dates, location, travel cost, taxes, shipping, product quality, and payment details before making any commitment.
Content moderation
The platform may review, approve, reject, hide, or remove profiles, listings, images, products, requests, reviews, or account activity that appears incomplete, misleading, unsafe, duplicate, irrelevant, abusive, or against platform rules.
