Mehndisathi helps people discover and contact mehndi professionals, courses, products, suppliers, manufacturers, and community needs. Final booking, payment, delivery, and cancellation terms stay directly between users.
These policies explain privacy, consent, moderation, subscriptions, content quality, and support in clear language.
Sign-in and reviews
When you choose Google sign-in, Google/Firebase verifies your identity and shares your name, verified email and account identifier with Mehndisathi. We do not request access to Gmail or Drive. We cannot read the Google account on your device without your sign-in choice.
When mobile sign-in is available and you choose it, Google/Firebase receives and stores your phone number for SMS verification and abuse prevention. The security check also uses reCAPTCHA. We store your verified number to connect your account; this does not subscribe you to marketing messages.
If you choose to stay signed in, an essential secure device cookie lasts up to 30 days. Signing out removes this device's access; changing your password invalidates remembered access. Do not use this option on a shared device.
You may submit a platform review without an account. Your submitted name, profession, rating and review can become public after moderation. A guest review is not represented as a Google-verified review.

Mehndisathi helps customers find and contact professionals. Final service, product, course, payment, delivery, and cancellation terms are confirmed directly between the parties.
Moderated marketplace content
Profiles, listings, reviews, request posts, and media can be approved, hidden, rejected, or removed to keep the platform useful and safer for public discovery.
Professional subscriptions
Professional subscriptions use a provider-authorized recurring mandate. Mehndisathi charges no plan fee during the launch trial. For an INR mandate, Razorpay temporarily charges ₹5 to verify the mandate and auto-refunds that ₹5; this verification amount is not the Mehndisathi plan fee. The selected monthly fee begins after the trial unless cancelled. Fees cover profile/listing visibility and platform tools; they do not guarantee leads, rankings, bookings, or earnings. Customer-to-provider payments remain separate.

Professionals can choose to publish information such as display name, role, city, services, products, portfolio, WhatsApp, phone, email, social links, and business details so customers can contact them directly.
Lead and review data
Customer inquiry details, request-board details, and review submissions may be used to route leads, moderate content, prevent abuse, improve support, and maintain a useful marketplace record.
Analytics choices
Google Analytics 4 is optional. Its tag is blocked until the visitor allows analytics, and Google Consent Mode keeps advertising storage, advertising user data, advertising personalization, and personalization storage denied. The current GA4 event and user-data retention setting is 14 months.
Clarity session insights
Microsoft Clarity is optional and is loaded only after the visitor allows analytics on eligible public pages. It is not loaded on login, registration, account, admin, payment, onboarding, password, email-verification, or the kids-design route. Form controls and marked sensitive areas receive additional masking, and no custom identity is sent by this release.
