1. About Mehndi Sathi
Mehndi Sathi is an online marketplace that connects customers with independent mehndi artists, studios, product vendors, educators, and service providers. Mehndi Sathi does not directly provide mehndi services unless explicitly stated.
2. User Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Platform.
By using Mehndi Sathi, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
Accounts created using false or misleading information may be suspended or terminated.
3. User Accounts
Users may register as Customers or Artists/Sellers.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Artist & Seller Responsibilities
Artists and sellers agree to:
Provide accurate service descriptions, pricing, availability, and portfolio content.
Deliver services professionally and as described.
Comply with all local laws, safety guidelines, and hygiene standards.
Handle customer interactions respectfully.
Mehndi Sathi reserves the right to suspend or remove artists for misconduct, fraud, poor service quality, or policy violations.
5. Bookings & Payments
All bookings are subject to artist availability and confirmation.
Prices shown may include platform fees, taxes, or service charges.
Payments must be completed through supported payment gateways.
Mehndi Sathi may hold payments until service completion as per platform policy.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the artist’s policy and timing of cancellation.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed through the original payment method.
Mehndi Sathi reserves the right to resolve disputes fairly after review.
7. Products & Digital Content
Products sold on Mehndi Sathi may include physical items and digital downloads.
Digital products are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
Product vendors are responsible for fulfillment, quality, and accuracy.
8. Reviews, Ratings & Content
Users may post reviews, ratings, comments, and content.
Content must not be abusive, misleading, defamatory, or illegal.
Mehndi Sathi may remove content that violates guidelines without notice.
By posting content, you grant Mehndi Sathi a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use it for platform operations and promotion.
9. AI Tools & AR Features
AI-generated designs, previews, and recommendations are provided “as-is”.
Results may vary and should not be treated as guarantees.
Mehndi Sathi is not responsible for design outcomes based on AI tools.
10. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
Use the platform for unlawful purposes.
Impersonate another person or entity.
Bypass security, manipulate prices, or commit fraud.
Copy, scrape, or misuse platform data or content.
11. Intellectual Property
All platform content, branding, logos, software, and designs belong to Mehndi Sathi or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
12. Limitation of Liability
Mehndi Sathi is not liable for:
Service quality issues between users and artists.
Losses, damages, or disputes arising from bookings.
Delays, cancellations, or third-party failures.
Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your data.
14. Account Suspension & Termination
Mehndi Sathi may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or harm other users.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
