⭐ Cancellation & Refund Policy – Mehndi Sathi

At Mehndi Sathi, we want every customer to have a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. This policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and returns are handled for mehndi products ordered through our platform.


❌ 1. Order Cancellation

Customer‑Initiated Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it is shipped.

  • Go to My Orders → Choose Order → Cancel Order

  • If cancellation is successful, a confirmation message will be sent to you.

Once shipped

Orders cannot be cancelled once they are shipped.
You may request a return after delivery (see return conditions below).


🔄 2. Return & Replacement Eligibility

Returns or replacements are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Wrong product received

  • Damaged or defective product

  • Product packaging was opened or leaked

  • Expired or low‑quality mehndi cones delivered

You must raise a request within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID

  • Photos/videos of the issue

Items must be unused and kept in original packaging.


💰 3. Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method:

  • UPI / Wallet / Credit & Debit Cards: 3–7 business days

  • Bank Transfer (if needed): 4–10 business days

Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank.


🛑 4. Non‑Refundable Items

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Used mehndi cones

  • Opened or damaged products caused by the customer

  • Delayed delivery caused by courier logistics

  • Wrong address or unreachable customer


🔁 5. Replacement Policy

If your product qualifies for a replacement:

  • A new product will be shipped after verification

  • Courier pickup for damaged/wrong items may be arranged (location dependent)
